Harlow Biodiversity Partnership

The Harlow Biodiversity Partnership is an independent group working to conserve Harlow's biodiversity, facilitated by Harlow Council, they participate in practical nature conservation projects, and guide Harlow Council policies. More information on Harlow Biodiversity Partnership

HTS (Property & Environment) Limited / Kier Harlow Ltd 

Services previously delivered by Kier Harlow Ltd until 31 January 2017 such as building maintenance and environmental services are now being delivered by HTS (Property & Environment) Limited.

Harlow Rapid Response Group

The Harlow Rapid Response Group (RRG) is a partnership led by Harlow Council, and includes Harlow College, Jobcentre Plus and Adult Community Learning. The group was set up to provide a co-ordinated support service to Harlow companies and workers facing a redundancy situation and has assisted many companies and their workforces. The Harlow-Stansted Gateway Transportation Board

Chaired by Essex County Council, it brings together Hertfordshire County Council, Harlow, East Herts and Epping Forest District Councils, the Highways Agency, Department for Transport, EEDA, Harlow Renaissance and private sector interests such as BAA and National Express East Anglia to develop both short and long-term measures to address current congestion problems and longer-term infrastructure improvements, including importance of the A414 Herts-Essex link road and a new motorway junction to the north-east of Harlow. Harlow Strategic Partnership for Educational Attainment

Harlow Council, Essex County Council and other organisations under the banner of the Harlow Strategic Partnership for Educational Attainment have agreed to work together to help ensure children are ready for school; to help schools improve performance and to support young people to carry on learning when they leave school. The partnership has pledged “to work together to give every Harlow child every opportunity to fulfil their full potential.” More information on school readiness

North Essex Parking Partnership

The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) brings together all street-based parking services in Essex. The aim is to run parking enforcement to a fair and consistent standard in order to provide the same level of service but in a more efficient way. More information on the NEPP
